Maison Billecart-Salmon’s champagnes are expertly crafted from grapes sourced across 300 hectares and 40 crus in the Champagne region. Back in 1818, Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon’s marriage marked the birth of their Champagne House. Family heritage began then, with Elisabeth’s oenophile brother, Louis Salmon, contributing to the wine crafting. Through 7 generations, the family has upheld the tradition, guided by the motto: “Prioritise quality, pursue excellence.”
