Bollinger
Since its inception in 1829, Champagne Bollinger has remained dedicated to crafting extraordinary wines that embody a distinctive, potent, refined, and intricate style, capturing the essence of the fruit in its entirety. The Bollinger style, renowned and unrivalled, stands as a testament to the brand’s unwavering commitment from generation to generation.
Bollinger’s vast expanse of 179 hectares of vineyards is predominantly composed of 85% Grand and Premier crus. These vineyards are spread across seven distinct terroirs: Aÿ, Avenay, Tauxières, Louvois, and Verzenay for pinot noir, encompassing the Montagne de Reims; Cuis for chardonnay located on the Côte des Blancs; and Champvoisy for meunier nestled in the Vallée de la Marne.
