Established in 1923, Yamazaki is Japan’s first distillery. It is located in the Yamazaki valley, which boasts dense bamboo groves at the foot of Mt. Tennozan, just outside Kyoto.
Tasting Notes
Medium-bodied and honeyed, this vanilla malt bursts with apple and jasmine, balanced by notes of orange peel, and dry cedarwood.
