The Macallan Distil Your World

Distil Your World is a continuing collaboration between The Macallan and the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca in Girona. Each release follows a Macallan whisky maker and the Rocas into a city, and translates what they find there into a single malt and a menu.

The whisky maker changes with the city — Steven Bremner in London, Polly Logan in New York, Diane Stuart in Mexico, Euan Kennedy in Hong Kong, Kirsteen Campbell in Paris — while the Rocas are the constant. London came first, in 2020; Paris followed in 2026. Alongside the city editions, a single cask was bottled in 2020 for the London on-trade.
