Shipping policy

Order processing. UK orders placed before 11am are dispatched the next business day. Next-day delivery is available across London for orders placed before 11am. You'll receive confirmation once your order is on its way.

UK delivery. We deliver anywhere in the UK — under bond to a bonded warehouse, or duty- and VAT-paid to your door. Delivery is charged at cost. Full rate tables are on our Delivery & Storage page.

International. We ship to selected countries across Europe, the US and Asia — shipping is calculated at checkout, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay. For a destination not offered at checkout, contact us at info@dittonwineandspirits.com with the bottles and the destination and we'll come back to you. Full rate tables are on our Delivery & Storage page. Prices shown exclude VAT.

Duties & taxes. Insured shipping. Signature required. All local taxes (if any) payable by recipient prior to arrival. Your local customs office can advise, and we're happy to help guide you. If your order is heavier than 48kg (Taiwan: 12kg), or your destination isn't offered at checkout, contact us and we'll arrange it directly.

Age verification. Our couriers may require photo ID or a signature on delivery to confirm the recipient is of legal drinking age. We do not deliver alcohol to anyone under 18.
