The second city release, in April 2022, at US$4,200 for the 70cl. Whisky Maker Polly Logan travelled New York with the Roca brothers and built the whisky around what she called the quintessential tastes of the city — sweet candy, waffles, peanut brittle, chocolate and pecans, the street food as much as the restaurants. Sold through The Macallan’s boutiques and premium specialist retailers.
