Macallan - Distil Your World, Paris

The fifth city release. Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell went to Paris with Joan Roca and Anne-Sophie Pic to distil "l'art de la table", the French treatment of a meal as an art form. The cask make-up is the unusual part: sherry-seasoned American and European oak and ex-bourbon, with Cognac casks for the Parisian accent. Released 26 February 2026 at US$4,750, in a gift box illustrated with the city's landmarks by the Paris artist Cassandre Montoriol.

The Macallan's notes: almond croissants, rose, sweet nectarines, sandalwood and vanilla pods on the nose; buttered pastry, brioche, peach melba, mille-feuille and toasted oak on the palate; a finish of gentle spices and warm oak.
