The third city release. Built around the Day of the Dead, Mexico’s celebration of life, and matured in sherry-seasoned European and American oak. Whisky Maker Diane Stuart worked with the Roca brothers to find flavours that reflected the festival; the pink of the presentation case is drawn from the celebration itself. Released autumn 2023.

Its character rests on a narrow set of choices held to over generations: curiously small stills, a notably narrow spirit cut, and sherry-seasoned oak the distillery controls closely
